These are some of our most FAQs (frequently asked questions).
Each truck is equipped with a generator and hot water pump and is self-sufficient.
If you cancel 30 days before of your event, we will refund you all your deposit.
We work in light to moderate rain. We have an awning that extends over our work area to protect the area in front of the oven, but we do not have protection against the wind or covers for the serving table.
Our trucks are 24 feet long, eight feet wide, and 9 feet tall. We also require a 10-foot by 10-foot prep area.

Kids under 6 years are FREE.

We book on first come, first serve.
No. We just have the pizza truck, but it is a mobile restaurant!
We will bring paper plates, napkins and forks for our salad.
We will travel anywhere in Connecticut, some parts of New York, Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Please call if you are out of CT.
Yes, our only requirement is flat, stable ground. The oven needs to be fairly level.
We do not normally provide drinks, but if requested we can provide for an additional cost.
Yes, we do provide gluten free dough, we just need advanced notice.
Yes, the menu can be customized.
